orders placed are subject to confirmation by the dealer by payment received by EM B2BEM LTD until this point any time frame discussed does not start on your order or kit.
Once the order is confirmed B2B conditions will apply where the order will be forfilled.
Any cancellation after confirmation any payment will be held as account credit after this point.
Payment is considered order confirmation.
once goods are shipped there is no method to return goods without costs being added but this can only be done on agreement and would be considered good will.
restocking fees and any import / shipping costs will be taken from the credit amount again on agreement By EM B2BEM LTD only.
