On the Hormann this set replaces in one-go the ball-drive system, including uprights which accomodate the bigger wheel bearings.
grease for the spline drive and oil for lubrication of the CVD is sold separately.
Wheel squares are not included.

Advise - give on a regular base the CVD joint a drop of new oil. The spline itself is lubricated with the accompanied grease. It is suffucient to grease it once and does not need maintenance after this when covered properly with the grommet against dirt.
